Heather earned her production credentials from the ground up, starting as an assistant business manager at Ogilvy/Chicago and ultimately becoming head of integrated production for J. Walter Thompson/NY. She has produced award winning work and mentored some of the leading producers in the field today. At JWT she managed a 40-person department responsible for all video, social, print, branded entertainment and experiential content along with business affairs. Some of her clients were Campari, Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly Clark, Puma, Macy’s, Rolex, Samsung, and Unilever.

One of the most versatile leaders in advertising content production, Jason honed his skills as Managing Director at Ebel Productions and later as a respected executive producer for many leading commercial directors.
